Carla and all of the staff at Romo are excellent - communicative, quick, and fairly priced. They keep me updated through the process and are fair and transparent about everything they do. I'll continue to go back for all my mechanic needs!

I had a great experience with Romo Autocare and Muffler. From start to finish, the team was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They kept me updated throughout the repair, worked hard to find the best solution instead of just recommending the most expensive option, and treated my vehicle like it was their own. Their pricing was very fair, and it’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. It’s not easy to find a shop you can trust, but Romo has definitely earned mine. I’ll be coming back for future repairs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality service.

Every time I get my car serviced at Romo, Carla and everyone else is so kind and caring. They never try to upsell or over charge me. Their prices are very reasonable and fair. They’re always very quick to get me in, make a diagnostic, and get the work done. Carla communicates every step of the way and will let me know if they’re behind schedule.

I had been dealing with an evaporative emissions leak that kept throwing codes, even after taking my vehicle to three different mechanics. They replaced parts like the purge valve, vent valve, and fuel pump, but the check engine light kept coming back. One shop even told me it was the catalytic converter and did some welding work, but what they actually did was remove the converters completely and never solved the issue. That’s when I found Romo Auto Muffler & Repair. Their great reviews caught my attention, and I’m glad I trusted them. The owner himself worked on my vehicle, personally making sure the job was done right. They properly installed new catalytic converters and corrected the poor welding from the previous shop. The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and the difference in quality was night and day compared to my past experiences. I’ve even attached photos showing the bad welding job from the previous shop compared to the professional work Romo Auto did — the results speak for themselves. I also want to recognize Carla at the front desk, who went above and be
